I had a lot of back-and-forth with aerosol experts on Amoy Gardens, and I'm not convinced the long-range airborne between buildings via wind theory is that strong. I know the geography of the place, no dedicated subway and shared bus lines which are packed in mornings/evening.

Yeah. Gardens complex has a shared shopping complex at entrance, etc. Seems like hanging a lot of not that strong probabilistic associations of direction when a cramped shared bus is waving at us as well. Within Block E seems clear, oth.
