It was an incredible effort. I don’t have that much of insight into how these traditional prizes happen, especially for such a novel project. But

I don't want to detract from anyone who was actually nominated in this category, but it seems to me that they were a shoo-in for Public Service. Or at least a Special Citation.

What do I know? (Not very familiar with the categories). So many people stepped up in so many ways, may need to hold some sort of retrospective at some point after this subsides, honoring all who did. I guess I'm saying business as usual doesn't encompass the magnitude of it all.

Yeah, it's all very inside-baseball. And I totally agree that the business-as-usual form of recognition don't begin to capture the extraordinary collective contributions of the last year.
