Oh wow, great news! Do you know if transmission has been tracked in the Seychelles? My biggest fear about AZ is that (according to some recent studies?) it only blocks ~1/3 of asymptomatic cases. So I was wondering if they know about transmission from vaccinated people.

I’m confused by the tweet you quoted. Vaccine efficacy is percent reduction of infections in *those who are vaccinated* — not the general population.
