I assume people wearing masks outdoors have a reason to do so and make sure to give them space. Common courtesy.

Also there may be other reasons people are wearing masks now. I for one have found that a mask reduces my allergies when I work out. So we r in a dichotomy now that mask wearing is a yes/no based on covid risk. Which we dont need
