It's what our small residential college is doing. We hit 80%+ vaccinated and we get to go back to normal inside and outside the classroom.

Clark County, NV (Las Vegas) is doing this, and even set a low benchmark—60% of adults to go from 80% capacity to 100%. But it’s not working: A city of 2.2m is vaccinating 4-5K people a day and is at about 48% of adults. IMO, access/ease of process here is issue, not holdouts

Also in GA. I have a team of 10. 6 of us are fully vax. We all did it right away. Of the 4, they all have different reasons but money has not been a motivator. All are Democrats. Unvax live their lives slightly different than vax now.
