Okay, I'm gonna go back to what I was writing but for now, conclusion: dynamics of the public sphere in the 21st century cannot be ignored, and cannot be solved merely with better communication, even if we can advocate at least for that part to happen. The response has to adapt.

2 things can be true: Vaccine has a problem AND long-term messaging issues. A lot of "dunkers" are claiming the people who are discussing the messaging are not doctors, so they can't discuss the *messaging.* But also the *doctors* (non-experts) can discuss the messaging?
