I know, it's hard to mentally adjust: last few months have been dominated by the dire, ongoing shortages. It's hard to believe. But the math is clear: we will have more the enough vaccines for anyone who wants one here in the US sooner than AZ would be approved here in the US.

What are your thoughts on the risks of a ‘more transmissible’ variant? CDC urges caution for the next 6 or so weeks to mitigate spread. Wouldn’t you suspect it’s been here months before we detected first case though? Kind of similar to COVID discovered in U.S. in November 2019?
