I'd read any well-reported book from the inside—as I would read this. I'm also not at all naive about how and why corporations (or politicians!) provide such access. Separately, I profoundly disagree with the "Supreme Court" framing of the Oversight Board. Pretty straightforward.

Falsifiability is not a criterion of science, and it does not capture what contingency is, and it does not capture what is going on in the weighing of rivals, which are often rival casting of how to understand the phenomena.
