There have been a number of reports out of China regarding samples of the virus found on frozen food and its packaging over the past 8 months or so, but I haven’t come across any studies or further information to determine if the virus remained viable in any of those cases.

New Zealand "ruled it out" for their August outbreak, despite happening around frozen food delivery. I haven't seen the extensive assesment published anywhere, it was just what they communicated at the press conf.
