I had COVID in March. No test at the time, obviously, but I've still got antibodies and was just wondering today how a vaccine would impact differently.

I also was sick in March, received my first shot last week, and had a very strong (more typical of the second shot) reaction, so it's one anecdote but this def reflects my personal experience.

Is there any speculation or evidence that a boster would help covid haulers clear the virus?

Early antibody tests out of NYC said 1% death rate. We don't do early care in this country, so cases -> hospitalization ratios stayed pretty clean. So.... 1% death rates early, 0.5-0.7% thereafter. That gets you about 80 Million cases. Roughly.pic.twitter.com/PfpLAlGtxl

I don't know if we are confident enough of this result as a proxy for real world protection to base policy on it.

I'll say it again. With immunization and variants both racing towards March/April, lets be smart. No doses for those who are CV19+ last 90 days; 1 dose for everyone else right now.
