Surely really there are some numbers by now? Baffling lack of clarity. So honestly, as long as there is unmet demand out there, the real question is how do you vaccinate more people, more quickly and how do you increase supply?

The vaccines aren't open source, but if they were, several countries that have the infrastructure to produce them, could definitely ramp up production.
