It was only in December of 2020 the WHO guidelines got updated to wear masks indoors at all times—before they only said masks only if one couldn't be separated by three feet. These things matter so much because billions of people are live and work according to these guidelines.

And we got a lot of theater: plexiglass in front of professor in small room talking unmasked to students in room; people told, even not allowed, to wear masks if desks six feet apart (you think I'm joking but I hear this all the time); schools that closed whole day to disinfect.

so many doctors don't even keep their windows open in their practice! (and I live in a place where it's not even that cold in winter) but gel yes, they demand that you use it before entering.
