The only other vaccine I know that even allows (let alone recommends) a three-week interval is the Japanese Encephalitis. But here, in many cases, three weeks is being treated almost as the maximum delay allowed, rather scheduling for *after* three weeks but not too late.

The worst part is that after all this brouhaha, there appear to be zero resources to make sure the elderly do show up for their scheduled boosters! The vaccine centers are doing heroic work, but unlike health-care workers, the elderly need support to make it to the appointment.
