Wait what? Facebook "Oversight Board" is giving "embargoed" access of its *full* decisions to individual writers? Like a single person? Is that so? No. Not okay. (Not naming the person because it doesn't mean she did something wrong). But, no, no, no. We aren't their PR agents.

Many journalists will disagree with you. Without time to write, they would be required by competitive pressure to produce articles too quickly: the quick, hot take. Should academics be at a disadvantage vis-a-vis journalists then in receiving information and time?

I can't believe you're repeating this. IT'S FINE IF A BROAD GROUP GETS THE EMBARGOED INFORMATION. We're alarmed because we might be seeing an attempt to groom for a particular type of coverage.
