You are focusing on a small detail of the research, not very relevant. As a Brazilian and knowing the context, I believe the number of infected should be even higher than 76% due to a number of factors in Manaus. The point is even with 76% infected, herd immunity does not occur.

yep herd immunity dosn't exist. Evenif existed a new strain of Coronavirus was born there and is re-infecting everyone. could be bice if not epidemiologists doesnt take wrong conclusions about this

My best estimate is that the blood donor sample is roughly 2x the actual seroprevalence, though it is difficult to say with precision without an actual up to date random sample.
