A hospital system is not a single place its expansive with many access points. These systems have a deep and far reach in the community. How many more accountants need the vac to have the same human cost avoidance as a high risk/high exposure individual?

Unless they live in a care facility, high risk patients are not to be vaccinated yet. Within these rules, hospitals can vaccinate the accountants or just keep the shots in freezers.
