When facing exponential threats, anything done early is worth so so much more. The world lost January to the cover-up. (Don’t @ me with our own failings. I’ve been writing about them for a year. It doesn’t erase the damage from the initial cover-up. Let’s have multiple thoughts.)

No, their scientists did (and got banned for it) and they covered-up human-to-human transmission (which is what people need to know to realize they have to respond and how) until January 20th.
