Once again, I'm not making an argument about immunology (way above my pay-grade, I don't know the answer, and I just want better data to resolve it with public trust) but the idea that equity is on the side of ignoring the thorny trade-off in coverage is just not true.

There are a bunch of vaccines in the pipeline that will be cheaper, easier to produce at scale, and have better shipping and storage characteristics than the mRNA jabs.

Liposomes are a pain in the backside. I am not a vaccinologist but encapsulating liposomes are an area of competence for me. And liposomes kind of suck.
