Yes, and also be willing to say, hey, I never thought of that; hmm, I might be wrong and; that's a great idea. Humility, generosity in argument.

There is another aspect that is poorly communicated. Science cannot tell you what to do. It offers estimates of potential harms & benefits. It’s up to people (of leaders deciding unilaterally or democratic deliberation) to figure out what to do with what we know and value.
