Is the US allowing international investigation into reports of widespread presence of virus in country as early as Nov & Dec 2019? And into its apparent months-long cover-up of that presence at the time? Not reporting cases back then, blocking antibodies testing in Jan etc.

The agreement between WHO and China states that foreign scientists will only use data and information provided by Chinese experts, and the latter need government approval before revealing info. Unfortunately, this means that Chinese government will conduct investigations, not WHO
