A lot of it seems like the states didnt have the necessary ability to get the doses administered. You would think that states would be begging for more doses by now. At this point speed would even be paramount to efficiency yet I have not seen a state "ask for more".

My hospital is a positive story on this one; we're just doing everyone's first dose in december and second in january. Don't even need these convos about priority if you've got the logistical power to just get it all done fast!
