But since I was there then, I'd say we have to manage the access vs. answers trade-offs carefully. We spent a decade not knowing if the drugs we put in our bodies were doing any good. So access. Access AND answers. It takes some thinking about how to balance these needs.

Yeah. And trials are the most robust path for answers, in this case to potentially fix access.
