I didn’t say it doesn’t exist. But those people are also much more loud on Twitter, and unfortunately on some (not all!) of the WHO committees. There is a way in which we went into the pandemic with someone ossified structures there. That said *many* excellent folks there, too.

Feedback and criticism is very good, I think mostly people were just annoyed by Nate’s “I guess I’m the smartest person around and I have to do everything for you morons” attitude. It was annoying and counterproductive.
