Health care workers & the public health community have put in so much over the past year. We are potentially at the precipice of great relief. But that super-duper vaccine doesn't jab itself into people's arms by itself. How can we even be debating this? It's hard to comprehend.

It also matters who you start with. IMO the urgent workers and the current spreaders are where you need to target first. So healthcare, care home staff, busy warehouses, high contact roles, teachers and young adults (if you want them in school but not spreading).

It should be no brainer right? More vaccinated people = safer to open economy without destroying health system. People with less heavy form of illness, complications, etc.

In coming days when vaccinations are given to people there are the logistics of medical waste disposal the likes of which we haven’t seen. Why is nobody talking about the medwaste disposal and the protocols? It would be a disaster in making with both virus and the waste generated.

It seems odd to have to say this, but a vaccine is not a cure for
#COVID19 and the ultimate efficacy of any of these vaccines, even with the available data, can not be known. It may save lives, but this GOP/DNC machine has no interest in saving lives. Why? Profits.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
