Less funny: why in-hospital transmissions practically disappeared after universal masks outside of incidents traced back to unmasked rec room gatherings. And, as I clearly explain, the Denmark study isn’t looking at source control.

There are many epi studies at this point, health care and not. I acknowledge the issue of confounding, but there’s certainly more than enough in one direction. Including latest from Kansas. Plus lab. Plus understanding from physics.

There are many many aerosol scientists/physicists studying this. “Masks cause the aerosolization” doesn’t have support! Also they really are an independent thinking bunch. We’re not this much in the dark.

I don’t disagree. But also important to understand what kind of questions lends to RCT. The pieces explain this. I’m a great believer in randomized studies and we needed more on everything.
