Of the ecological studies cited, one was from 2006 before Covid existed. The other was from June. Since then there has been overwhelming evidence from the real world that mask mandates do not slow the spread of Covid.

So apparently, we can now 1. come to the opposite conclusion from what the experiments demonstrated (masks work) and 2. we don't even need to conduct experiments to know masks don't have harms. Whew. Science is so easy now! Just pick your favorite scientists's opinion! Got it!
