Trump’s appeal relates largely to his *unique* character—crass but seemingly class, a bully but a billionaire, insouciant but idealogical. It’s hard to reproduce, and Hawley, Cotton, Rubio, etc. bear no chance of capturing lightning in a bottle. Trump’s outsider status was key.

I'd argue that in Weberian terms, Trump's charismatic authority derives from his flagrant disregard of legal-rational authority. Someone more "talented" would be someone who plays the legal-rational game better, but loses a lot of their charismatic authority as a result
In plainer language, Trump's style and promises will be much imitated, but no one else will be as beloved because no one else will be as much of a contemptuous sociopath
