      In the UK the number of cases rose rapidly. But the public – and authorities – are only learning this now because these cases were only published now as a backlog.           When spin studios opened I was shocked. Yet they are closing many places with no real evidence of spread (movie theatres). Please note that gov of Canada website has yet to update its covid guidelines, still stating it's mainly spread via surfaces! Facepalm

          i had to stop going to my distanced, outdoor, 5 person exercise class here in montreal cuz of regulations changing, but the same class can keep happening in an indoors gym without masks 🙃

          i was thinking a few weeks ago: now that my fitness is back to being adequate (thanks to cycling!) maybe i should go back to doing martial arts! so i looked up the rules under covid, and decided, maybe that can wait another year or three
