The map is not the territory, especially when the way we draw the map has changed so drastically. I don't think it's possible to say that much about what cases mean now compared to the past. What part of the iceberg where we measuring then and are we measuring now? Unclear.

That's fair that was a big help Mar-Jun in NYC but there's increasingly bad transparency at these resource constraints hence why there is a reliance on cases. Fix the reporting and we can get smarter about the analysis.

So, has there actually been a substantial improvement in treatment? It would be nice to see some breakdown of the improvements and their effect if there have been.
