I think you should put the absolute numbers in these tweets. Most people won’t read the paper and learn that the syndrome is actually very very very rare, and not even always associated with COVID. Four tragic deaths total in two months in a a pretty wide surveillance network.

Great point— this is a very rare syndrome 186 patients. Interesting from a clinical/research perspective. Should not be extrapolated to opening schools etc

Indeed. It's important but it's one of those super rare but terribly tragic things, but most people are not in a place to see 2% death rate and calmly read the paper to look at the denominator (2% death rate of a very very very rare disease that is not even COVID specific).
