Not to sure about this. Plenty of beaches are packed with people, literally waves pushing people into one another. Would I pack a beach? No, I'd recommend congestion management. But the over-sized reaction to the picture is visceral, not scientific. Six months of epidemiology under our belts, we should focus on findings. Even that bad is much less packed or risky compared to *any* bar.
