I don't think it holds up, unless she lied about an actual assault, or premeditated, or did it repeatedly. You can't criminalize being panicky and overreacting when calling the cops. Even if it has a very disparate racial impact. That's why it's so insidious.

You can see it was premeditated in the video. She very clearly weaponises white women tears in an effort to get the man murdered by cop.
