Right in the paper, they have neat graphs of other scenarios with R remaining below zero. Many countries have schools open with no outbreaks or spikes. But these assume no other contacts outside home which simply isn’t the U.K. People are having parties and going out. And we have no trace and test or ppe in schools. I was at work today in a school and truly can say that further opening is risky
