This paper was out on February 17th, showing the dramatic threat the elderly from COVID-19. There were/are still things we do not know about this disease but the first thing we knew was the mortality rates among the elderly was very very high. I'm not defending any other state. Many other states (and countries) have failed to protect the elderly. From a mortality stand, I don't understand how there is so much discussion about parks, beaches, joggers or anything outdoors instead of how to best protect the elderly.
