I know the El Pais article doesn’t say this but this is apparently the first wave, 16k or so. (So we might get a useable time series!)

First wave of serological tests. People with valid tests are 61K not 16K. The PDF provides results in two columns for the first and second week of first wave by provinces. Still pending are the results from ELISA tests. There is a second wave, at least, that starts next week.
