I disagree. Yes summer may bring about a lull. Possible that seasonality effects will bring numbers down. What a stupid, useless comparison. It's not a race. There are many migrant workers without rights, and the ones in Gulf countries face some of the most dire conditions you can imagine. Nobody said there aren't other migrant workers facing difficulties.
