Is there scientific evidence people are getting COVID-19 at parks?

Not sure how that would be evaluated. We seem to know enough by now to conclude: 1) You certainly CAN get it at a park, but 2) Outdoors are a different scenario, and transmission is more likely / dangerous indoors

Regarding #2, I’m not seeing any different messaging for outdoors. And it concerns me.

What, specifically, concerns you? I guess I'm not totally clear.

Talk of restricting park access, people demanding runners and bikers wear masks, huge anxiety about outdoor activity.

Gotcha. I think the "err on the side of caution" idea is good, as long as it's not militant or misleading. I feel great going outdoors; I'm confused when I see people on trails who don't at least have a mask around their neck, ready to pull on.

I see almost no one at parks and on walks with masks on or around necks. And I see a lot of shaming. And I see a lot of news reports quoting scientists saying that walking/running/biking by people is a really low-risk activity. I just want facts.
