Subtweet to media, especially science writers. When WHO says "there is no evidence", they don't mean something is false. There is no evidence either way. It could just as well be true. Also, "correlation doesn't imply causation" is wrong and stupid, and doesn't debunk anything.

Also die inside when I hear 'correlation not causation'. People say it then proceed to either ignore the existence of the correlation of even conclude the opposite!

It's so ridiculous. People use it to "debunk" a correlation's potential causative effect. It's one of the strongest examples I have of how people can repeat a mantra without thinking.
