Seems very possible for a large non-real-time dataset like children’s videos. The shooter is a one-off and hard to get signal for — different problem technically, I think. -
The things that are inappropriate for children are effectively the infinite universe compared to the much neater, tiny signal for a mass shooting and they couldn't even fully manage that—not even after they had the full video of what they were trying to prevent.
