We now know *for sure* mass transmission is possible indoors even without coughing/sneezing (pre/asymptomatic). We should all wear masks. I'm not yet seeing many cases of outdoors/surfaces but we should STILL be careful while we wait for studies. Absence of evidence isn't proof.

It would be great to get an overview of known outdoors transmission events, and details like how close people were, if they touched / talked. My own municipality Utrecht closed footpaths that are less than 1.5 meters wide, out of fear that briefly passing someone can infect you.

Why would they do that and then tell everyone that masks aren’t needed, assuming their policy is the same as the national government?

I've been trying to track down confirmed cases of outdoor transmission but not found any details online. Can you point me to any? Epi student Btw.

Maybe thinking about farts would help ppl visualise safer situations. Avoid lifts and poorly ventilated rooms. Fart molecules likely far more mobile than virus. PhD topic for biophysicist?
