People asking me questions: Study above strengthens case for masks. I try to read key papers. Still many unknowns. PERSONALLY, (not advice, just me!) I try to avoid spending time indoors with others. I feel increasingly comfortable outdoors. I wash my hands after opening boxes.

So in case I do have to interact for people for a reason, I am ready. Never touch your mask is good advice for medical professionals in a hospital, but if you are just cycling by yourself, in my view, it doesn't matter if you touch it to pull it up. (How is it getting infected?)

That's my personal policy in a place with plenty of space and no problem distancing and people who are polite and careful with distancing. If I were in a more crowded place, I would consider wearing it continuously and I do so even, say, outdoors waiting in line to enter grocery.

I wear a bandana while cycling just to be polite. When no one is around I move it down so I can breathe freely.pic.twitter.com/6H5ABnymOq
