I don't get it. The photos and videos show small groups of people (presumably all members of the same household) keeping a good distance apart from each other. 9-People have no idea this is Jacksonville, those are mostly locals, and this isn't some concert. 10-Just generalized anxiety turning into authoritarian impulses. 11-Did I say generalized anxiety? Personally, I wish they wore masks but yeah that's a huge outdoor space in the sun.
