Some "science journalism": "Virus can hang in the air for days" (researchers aerosolized it in a machine). "Found on surfaces for days." (ahem PCR finding vs. infection risk). N=4 study with odd findings. "Mask evidence is mixed!" (Ignore overwhelming science). Anxiety=clicks.

it's the same old problem as ever, journalists don't get researches are just trying to share info so larger patterns can be tested. they jump to definitive conclusions from observations and vetting thought processes.

And even the good reporting has come too late. We all knew, seriously, anyone with half a brain knew, that the virus was coming. We knew in January. But the normalizing shills at the Times and the Post pretended Trump was not absolutely insane and incompetent.
