It should be systematic. Like Amazon ratings for book authors, there should be reviews and reviews of the reviews. How about people just have more humility and audiences recognize human fallibility? Public ridicule mobs that dredge up old tweets already happen on here all the time. How many think it’s actually a productive way to ensure accountability?

Agree with Renee, it's a terrible, terrible idea. You need to give people space to be wrong and change their mind. It's the opposite of accountability. NSTB does amazing no-fault post-mortems, that's why planes are so safe. Accountability should be broad, not micro-level.

I don't disagree reputations matter, and we should have accountability, but nobody, nobody will survive constant dredging up of everything from years ago, especially in medium like Twitter that's designed engagement and RT/hearts rather than conversation/accountability.
