My emergency preparedness plan is basically Oatmeal for breakfast. Sardines for a snack. Bucatini with butter parmesan and peas for my meal. Drink sparkling water and then have a little bit of dark chocolate for dessert. Because a man has to live. I can last 4 weeks.
