Thanks for responding without knowing what I read or didn't read. FWIW, I did read the article. I responded to the "especially those who most need help." I've worked with enough children and speech therapists to know that iPads can help "those who most need help"

Fair point. But as you know from the article, they were referring to those disadvantaged by primarily socioeconomic factors. I don't think anyone would argue that tech is not very useful for those with learning disabilities.
