Yeah I don’t have a circadian rhythm anymore so I usually solve jet lag by going to bed at precisely 10pm on day of arrival.

ahaha sounds like my plan, plus wake up at 3am local time (no matter where I am) and catch up with friends (somewhere in the world) who just happen to be at their peak online time.
