So at a @TMobile store, I noticed a huge gap in their authorization process that would allow sim-jacking if one had brief possession of a phone. Also had to pay
to replace a four month old phone because using the warranty is so costly. (Shipping charge. Warranty charge.

as you may also already know, if someone else uses your email address as their account login, t-mobile has no process to stop them, as i just learned recently. guess email verification is too much to expect :-/
