I, a non-Turkish speaker, just googled "mavi" and got a page of hits on Mavi Jeans. So I'd say searching in languages one doesn't speak won't work, at least well or without some effort.

So, they are personal results? Google knows what languages you speak. This isn't that new, by the way. I've had Google translating my search queries for a while now.
