The usual things apply. Is it too good to be true? Would it hurt to ask a friend if it all makes sense? Even assuming everything is great, what would be a way to check if it weren't? As anyone who reads case studies knows, humility is protective but overconfidence is a weakness.

Earlier case: Older white professor approached by a "bikini model" who allegedly falls for him but would like him to pick up.. an empty suitcase.. from South America.. with "sentimental value".. delivered by a guy, not the bikini model. And he does.
